Just the freshest fruit and dairy sourced with care. In 2023, we launched Atelier Miam to further celebrate India’s hyper-local harvests, proving that world-class pastry can and should be rooted in the land around us.

The Future

Our Beginning

Miam began in 2015 in a converted room with a single oven and a stubborn refusal to imitate what was popular. At a time when Delhi wanted only brownies, cupcakes, and fondant-heavy cakes, we introduced entremets. What seemed niche then has since become a signature– shaping not only Miam’s identity but also a new standard for pastry across India.

Growing Strong

Ten years on, Miam is a sixty-member team, the majority of whom are women, working across our kitchens in Delhi-NCR. We are still family-owned, self-funded, and proudly independent. Our strength lies in growing at our own pace, building a culture where quality, technique, and integrity come before everything else.

Looking Ahead

We are expanding carefully, kitchen by kitchen, across Delhi-NCR. Growth for us is not about scale at any cost– it is about keeping our values intact, taking care of our people, and not compromising with our craft. As Miam steps into its next decade, our promise remains the same: beautiful pastry made with love, perfected with technique, and made with uncompromising ingredients every day.
