We will covering everything about Macarons!

Date:  Sunday, 20th February

Format: Online on Zoom

Time: 1pm to 4pm ( timings can extend )

Recording will be available via a Google Drive folder. Please download the recording on your desktop within 2 weeks. We erase the large video file after 2 weeks.

We will be covering different kinds of macarons.

French Meringue

Italian Meringue 

Eggless:

Aquafaba based Macarons


Fillings:

White Chocolate & Vanilla 

Strawberry & Lime

Grapefruit & Fig

Passion Fruit Caramel

Dark Chocolate & Cocoa Nib

Coconut Namelaka



1. The workshop is an online workshop on zoom, please log in from a laptop / desktop as it is easier. 

2. Workshop will be recorded and the link will be sent on your registered email after the workshop.

3. The workshop recording will only be accessible for 2 weeks for you to download on your desktop ( it is too long to download ) 

4. A pdf with the presentation & recipe card will be sent beforehand at 7pm on Saturday 19th Feb. 

5. The Zoom link will be emailed a day before. Again, please pay attention to the correct email ID as all the correspondence will be carried through via email. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON SPAM MAIL.

6. A Q&A round will open on the text window after Chef Bani is done with her demonstrations & presentations. Please be patient and await your turn :) No questions will be entertained after the workshop on email / DM etc.

7. Any person disrespecting / misconducting themselves will be removed from the zoom meeting.

8. Everyone will be on mute throughout.
