Chef Bani has been working on a very exciting menu for Mother's Day with raw mangoes and has paired raw mangoes and chocolate.
The raw mango jam is tangy and is balanced out with dark chocolate.
The layers have a chocolate sponge, raw mango jam, mango caramel, dark chocolate croustillant and dark chocolate mousse.

SERVING DIRECTIONS
Refrigerate upon arrival. Leave at room temperature for 2 hours before serving for it to soften.
