This tart is Chef Bani's ode to Indian summer fruits and is perfect to share with your mother on Mother's Day.
You will find layers of mango ginger frangipane and woodapple (bael) pastry cream. The tart is topped with heaps of fresh mangoes and fresh Indian blueberries and dollops of phalsa jam and blueberry jam.
We don't hold back on fresh fruits and they may topple over during transit!
The tart is 6 inches and serves 5-6 people easily. Please use a sharp knife to cut through.
