We are expanding our vegan menu! This is a light lemon mousse with a blueberry preserve and an almond sponge. We have used coconut cream, soy milk, olive oil and agar-agar to set the cake 

Soy milk, refined sugar, soy based whipping cream, cornflour, refined wheat flour, almond flour, agar agar, lemon, blueberrie,strawberries, olive oil.

Leave outside for 1 hour before cutting so the cake softens.
