This pie is incredibly decadent and perfect for people who appreciate the combination of lemon, coconut & blueberry. It is twice baked with a base of a crumbly sablé Breton ( crumble ) and a lemon and coconut infused frangipane with studded blueberries. After being cooled, it is dressed with dollops of cream cheese frosting and lemon curd.
The pie is 7 inches and it is perfect for 8-10 people.
