This dessert comprises of a crumble base, vanilla bean infused mousse, fresh stone fruits, figs and a mixed berry compote. Chef Bani has used a mix of fresh nectarines, plums and figs. It is ideal for someone who loves fresh fruits. Please keep in mind that this is a crumble dessert and does not have any sponge. Stone fruits may be on the sour side. The vanilla beans are specks dotted throughout the mousse. Fruits may vary upon seasonality.
Please cut with a sharp knife, the base is a stiff crumble that needs a slight push while cutting.
