This is Chef Bani’s take on a traditional Swiss roll! You will find a lemon chiffon sponge wrapped around rhubarb and strawberry jam and Galgal lemon mousse. The roll is quite light and airy.

SERVING DIRECTIONS
Refrigerate upon arrival. Leave at room temperature for 1 hour before serving for it to soften.
