This is our take on the traditional Paris Brest. Paris Brest is a choux pastry offering with layers of hazelnut custard. We have revisited the recipe and our version has a hazelnut praline namelaka, vanilla bean custard, salted caramel and a cream cheese frosting. You will enjoy all these elements.
Do not warm these as they have cold cream based fillings. Consume fresh on the same day of receiving the order. In case you need to store them, please refrigerate but consume at room temperature preferably.
