For the next two months we are curating a menu that's curated by our very hard working and spirited interns. Your order will encourage them and help bring out their creative side in the kitchen. This box of petit gâteau was put together by our intern Sharmistha. She is drawn towards puff pastry and viennoiserie!
This is her take on the classic opéra cake. It has layers of almond sponge soaked in espresso shots, coffee buttercream and dark chocolate ganache.
The cake is good for 2-3 people.
