We are excited to launch our Travel Cake menu. Travel cakes are dry tea time cakes with very little frosting. They are meant for an audience that enjoys simple dry cakes with tea or coffee. They are not as decadent as our mousse cakes.
This pound cake recipe is the team's favourite. We let the butter caramelise till it browns and then. go about the pound cake recipe. This adds a gorgeous nuttiness to the cake. The citrus and dark chocolate simply uplifts it all, a must try!
Size: these travel cakes are not sold by weight. They are good for 6-8 people.
