We are excited to launch our Travel Cake menu. Travel cakes are dry tea time cakes with very little frosting. They are meant for an audience that enjoys simple dry cakes with tea or coffee. They are not as decadent as our mousse cakes.
This travel cake has very distinct textures. An almond & raspberry cake is baked over a buttery sablé breton. You will also find a layer of kaffir lime namelaka on top. Be sure to slice through with a sharp knife!
Size: these travel cakes are not sold by weight. They are good for 6-8 people.

Milk, refined sugar, eggs, gelatine, chocolate refined wheat flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, butter, cream, cooking oil, almonds, Kaffir Lime, raspberry.

Macaron shells, edible flowers, meringues, ganache

SERVING DIRECTIONS
Refrigerate upon arrival. Leave at room temperature for 1-2 hours before serving for it to soften.
