This is Chef Bani’s take on a traditional roulade! You will find an airy vanilla sponge wrapped around a light vanilla diplomat cream, lemon curd and fresh mango jam with a slight tanginess. The roll is quite light and airy.

SERVING DIRECTIONS
Refrigerate upon arrival. Leave at room temperature for 1 hour before serving for it to soften.
