This cake is Chef Bani's version of a dry wintery cake. You will initially cut through a wreath of dried fruits and nuts that are glued together with some honey and maple and eventually gorge on a soft cream cheese pound cake. The pound cake is baked with nutmeg, cinnamon, Galgal zest and Orange zest along with chocolate chips dotted all around. Best had warm!
