This gur or jaggery pie is made with freshly produced gur from the Daurala Sugar Works. We have added hints of nutmeg, galgal lemon zest and orange zest.
You will find a beautifully set gur crème brûlée inside a crusty tart shell.

Milk, gur (jaggery), honey, nutmeg, egg yolks, lemon, orange, all purpose flour, almond flour, butter, cooking cream.
