Our take on the Black Forest cake comes with layers of vanilla mousse, a traditional chocolate genoise sponge, a layer of house-made cherry jam( it is sweet-sour ), dark chocolate & caramel ganache and a whipped vanilla bean cheesecake . We hope you enjoy this spin on the classic.
Disclaimer: the cherry jam is made from fresh cherries from Himachal. Each cherry is manually pitted. Please forgive us if you happen to come across a cherry stone. We double cross each cherry but it’s still a possibility since all the pitting is done by hand.
