Yes! We have legit added a layer of hot chocolate by inserting a frozen disk in between layers of Baileys mousse, shortbread and a dark chocolate sponge. Of course, the layer of hot chocolate won't be hot at all, it is a new exciting technique we tried and loved. This is for all you Baileys junkies out there!
