Belgian dark chocolate galettes are a lot like chocolate filled turnovers. They're made with decadent layers of handmade puff pastry and 54% Belgian dark chocolate ganache. They are flakey on the outside and soft on the inside. You may remove the toppings and warm them if you don't mind the ganache on top to get melted.

Refined wheat flour, butter, salt, refined sugar, egg, chocolate.
Eat them fresh on the same day of the delivery. You may warm them in an oven for 2-3 minutes. The ganache on top will melt after warming.
