Galettes are a lot like filled turnovers or hand pies. They're made with decadent layers of handmade puff pastry that enclose a vanilla custard along with our house-made raspberry preserve. They are flakey on the outside and soft on the inside. You may remove the toppings and warm them if you don't mind the frosting on top melting.

SERVING DIRECTIONS
Eat them fresh on the same day of the delivery. You may warm them in an oven for 2-3 minutes. The frosting on top will melt after warming.
